Leave your clothes at our desk. We inspect every piece, clean it to suit its fabric and stains, and finish it by hand. If you like, we deliver it to where you are staying in Seoul, Bundang or Pangyo.

Since 2015 we have cleaned more than 220,000 garments, and they come from the most exacting luxury houses: Hermès, Brunello Cucinelli, Chanel and Loro Piana.
Fabrics like these leave no room for error. That is why every piece is inspected and recorded, from the moment you drop it off to the moment it comes back to you.
How it works
Drop off
At the desk we check the condition of each garment with you and give you a receipt. Keep the bottom part, marked “Customer copy”.
Clean
Your garments are cleaned at our own workshop and finished by hand.
Collect
Bring the Customer copy to the desk, or we deliver to where you are staying.

Fabrics such as cashmere, silk or vicuña, and trims such as beads, sequins or fur, change the price. The brand does not.
Special stains such as vomit or mould are treated separately and cost twice the cleaning price.
Detachable linings, hoods and belts are included.

How we care for your garments
Checked with you
We look at each garment together at the desk and note its condition on your receipt.
Recorded piece by piece
Our own system records every garment from inspection to delivery. We were the first in Korea to introduce an inspection system for luxury garment cleaning.
Stains treated where they are
On a spotting table we treat only the stained area, without soaking the whole garment.
Finished by hand
After cleaning, every garment is pressed by hand.

- You do not need to be there. We can leave your garments with the front desk or security.
- Leaving soon?
- Tell us your check-out or departure date. Before we accept your garments, we check that they will be ready before you leave. We do not ship overseas.

We have cleaned luxury garments since 2015 — more than 220,000 pieces so far.
Our desks are in six Hyundai Department Stores: Apgujeong, The Hyundai Seoul, Pangyo, Jungdong, KINTEX and Trade Center. We are a registered partner of the Hyundai Department Store Jasmine Club.
Every garment is cleaned at our own workshop in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do.
